2. Description of Service

Venufi is a venue marketplace platform that connects event organizers with venue providers in Munich, Germany. The Service allows users to browse venues, send inquiries, and allows providers to list their venues.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

• Sign in using your Google account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be at least 18 years of age

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. For Venue Seekers

When using the Service to find venues, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your inquiries
• Use the Service only for legitimate event planning purposes
• Not spam venue providers with fake or frivolous inquiries
• Respect the response times and policies of venue providers

5. For Venue Providers

When listing venues on the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your venues
• Only list venues you are authorized to rent or manage
• Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Keep your venue information up to date
• Only upload images you have the right to use

Venufi reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms or contain inaccurate information.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass or abuse other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Scrape or collect user data without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content) are the property of Venufi and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting content to the Service, you grant Venufi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

8. Disclaimer

Venufi is a platform that connects venue seekers with providers. We do not own, operate, or manage any of the listed venues. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of venue listings
• The quality or safety of any venue
• Disputes between users and venue providers
• Any transactions that occur outside the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venufi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Munich, Germany.
